3.1 What are our goals?

• Maintain AIS I & II (Portugal) as ISO 9001:2000
• Certify AIS I & II in accordance with ISO TS 16949
• Maintain AIS Inc. (Trevor - USA) as QS 9000 certified plant
• Maintain AIS Inc as ISO 9001:2000

3.2 Environment Management System

• To deploy and consolidate our Environment Management System during 2006;
• To be submitted to a 3rd party Audit in accordance with ISO 14001 and be certified on the 1st quarter of 2006 (both Portuguese plants).
