In order to assure the Quality of our Products & Services:
We promote the selection and qualification of our suppliers; we control all raw materials at incoming inspection (with external lab support);
Based on written work instructions, our operators acting as a first control filter (self-control); they verify visual and dimensional characteristics (as an example: SPC);
We test our products on our internal laboratories; available results are submitted to analyze by Quality Department, which is the sole entity authorized to release materials to customers;
We perform Product Audits over final product (at the end of manufacturing line & warehouse); these Audits are performed at random frequency.
We perform a verification at every shipment (order versus delivery, shipping documents). |
