ACCOSEAL ®

ACCOSEAL® CorkRubber is considered to be the premier standard for CorkRubber sealing products because of its conformability, fatigue resistance and controlled side flow characteristics.

This range of products are used in petrochemical, natural gas, and friction applications as well as other sealing applications.

The following products are available for this application:

General-purpose gasket and sealing material; high cork content, minimum side flow. Cork and oil-resistant synthetic rubber.
Firmer than DC-100; high cork content for narrow gaskets, instrument bezels, etc. Cork and oil-resistant synthetic rubber.
Rubbery stock; used where toughness and some side flow are required. Cork and oil-resistant synthetic rubber.
Top quality, soft, highly compressible material for low bolting pressures. Cork and oil-resistant synthetic rubber.
Economical, highly compressible material similar to DC-167. Cork and oil-resistant synthetic rubber.
Low cost, compressible stock. Cork and oil-resistant synthetic rubber.
Economical, highly compressible roll goods material with moderate oil resistance. Cork and oil resistant synthetic rubber. Suggested for temperatures up to 250 ºF (120 ºC).
Highly compressible. Resists fatigue; for cushion pads, low sealing stress requirements. Sponged synthetic rubber and cork.
Outstanding flexibility and resilience over wide range of tempertaures. Cork and silicone (Si) resistant to 150 ºC (300 ºF).
Soft, highly compressible for low bolting pressures; maximum oil and solvent resistance. Cork and aromatic-fuel resistant synthetic rubber.
Like DC-100, but with maximum oil and solvent resistance. Cork and aromatic fuel resistant synthetic rubber. UL-listed. Medium compressibility.
Like DC-113, but with maximum oil and solvent resistance. UL-listed .Cork and aromatic fuel resistant synthetic rubber. Low compressibility.
UL-listed. Cork and aromatic-fuel-resistant epichlorohydrin rubber suitable for use with gasoline, naphta or kerosene, diesel fuel, fuel oil or lubricating oil, liquefied petroleum gas (LP-Gas), manufactured gas or natural gas.
Performs a wide range of wet or dry friction applications, operating succefully on jobs ranging from printer drives to heavy-duty transmissions in tractors and road graders. For applications where facing pressure is below 6.33 kg/cm2 (90psi). Synthetic rubber and highest quality granulated cork.
Low cost, highly compressible with good resistance to transformer oil. Cork and aromatic-fuel.resistant synthetic rubber.
High quality, excellent resistance to transformer oils. Cork and aromatic-fuel-resistant synthetic rubber.
Similar to DK-149 with maximum resistance to oils, solvents, and fuels. Sponged synthetic rubber and cork.
Low cost, highly compressible for nonsolvent uses. Sponged synthetic rubber and cork.
